Inspiration Boards

I have been dreaming of how I will decorate our new home a lot recently. There are so many amazing blogs and magazines that have inspired me.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I can be very easily distracted, and this is no different with design. Sometimes I forget about my original vision and then I will buy a piece that makes no sense in that room! I think that mixing styles is important, but I also want to ensure I stay on track...so I have started to create inspiration boards for each room in our house.

I will share my inspiration boards on this blog and then show you pictures of how the room actually turned out! Here is the first one: the formal living room. I want this room to be a truly warm and welcoming space for entertaining. What do you think?!
