I love when a recipe allows it to look like you spent all day cooking, when in fact you spent less than 45 minutes in the kitchen. This Slow Cooker Brisket and Brie Quesadilla recipe was just that. The combination of the brisket, sweet barbecue sauce and brie was perfection!
Home made barbecue sauce. The original recipe calls for a mango chutney as well, but I left that out. I am allergic to mango sap (something I found out the hard way after moving to South Florida) and didn't want to risk it.
Prepping the quesadillas
This looks delicious--love that it has Brie, yum! I'll have to try it.
